Customer's reviews
Can't say enough good things about this company! They are family owned, fair pricing, and very communicative. They got us in quick and knocked out the work we needed. We had sent our van in to replace the motor mounts and get a diag on a click we were hearing. They were able to handle all of it within 24 hours. Including solving the clicking sound. They did not try to up sell us at all. They did mention some other things they had found but we're not pushy about it or anything like that. They took care of us and we will certainly be back for any future repairs that we need. Don't hesitate to take your vehicle here!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Service for My Porsche Cayenne (2016 | 126,000 miles)
I recently brought in my 2016 Porsche Cayenne (with 108000 miles) for an intermediate service, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff displayed outstanding professionalism and expertise. The service was handled with great attention to detail and transparency — they walked me through the process, explained the checks and updates performed, and ensured everything was running perfectly.
The car feels smoother, more responsive, and overall renewed after the service. It’s clear they understand the unique needs of high-performance vehicles like the Cayenne, even at higher mileage. No unnecessary upselling, no delays — just honest, efficient, high-quality work.
Highly recommend this team if you want your Porsche cared for the right way. Will definitely return for my next scheduled service!

I had a great experience with Carnation Elite. My Toyota Camry had a check engine light on. Before finding this shop, I took my vehicle to another place that failed to figure out the issue and overcharged me. Luckily, I found Carnation Elite. Within an hour, they diagnosed the problem, pulled the codes, and clearly explained the required repairs at a very fair price. They resolved the issue within a couple of days, and the check engine light is finally gone. The entire team was incredibly patient and detailed everything perfectly alongside their estimates. Highly recommend!
